In his free time, Michael enjoys DJing and making music and has been an avid guitar player for over 15 years. Michael has played in a variety of live bands and also enjoys playing ambient music for wellness events and sound baths.
Three worlds. One vision.
Democratizing transcendence.
Empowering transformation through education, ceremony & healing.
Embodiment · Integrity · Accessibility · Vulnerability
AI-native operating systems for small, sharp teams.
Tools and operating systems that compound leverage without compounding noise — built for founders who'd rather think than manage.
Autonomy · Precision · Wholeness · Agency
Frequencies.
Live sets, guitar improvisations, and recorded explorations. Sound as structural intervention — and as the room that holds everything else.
Electronic · Fluid · Rhythmic
Field notes from the mind.
Essays and articles around the work that I do.
On building systems that breathe
Why the best operating systems leave room for the unscheduled, the unstructured, and the slightly wild.
The body is the first interface
Before the mind can architect anything, the nervous system has to feel safe enough to design.
Sound as structural intervention
What a frequency does that a framework cannot. Notes from the studio and the ceremony.
AI-native, human-shaped
How small teams use AI to compound leverage without compounding noise.
Legacy as a practice, not a product
What changes when you treat your story as something you live forward, not back.
The room before the work
Container design — the most underrated skill in healing, business, and music.
